E17 furnished king with en suite temp in November

King size bedroom in new build with own bathroom going in my flat for 6 months (Nov-May) while I'm away travelling which is unfortunately fixed. You'll be sharing with my flat mate / close friend (female - 30 yrs old) who's staying so it stays a proper home. All bills included which covers a monthly cleaner.

We're sociable, easy going, clean and tidy. Into music, staying active, going out to eat but not the party-every-night types anymore. Looking for someone like-minded who's good company when you're around but has their own life and circles going on too. The kind of person we'd still be mates with after the six months are up.

3 minutes walk to St James Street station (15-17 mins overground into the city), 10 minute walk to Walthamstow Central station, 12 minute walk to Blackhorse Road and the high street's next to the flat for shops, food, restaurants, pubs etc.
