This is a live-in family landlord home, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable living in a family household.

The home is quiet, clean, respectful and drama-free. We value privacy, consideration and respect for everyone's personal boundaries.

This is not a party house. We are looking for someone who enjoys a calm and peaceful home environment and will respect the household and its routines.
