My current housemate is moving out soon, so I’m looking for someone to come and join me in this lovely 2 bedroom property in Walthamstow from around January 2027 or There may also be the option to move in earlier if needed!!??

📍 Location: Walthamstow, E17

The location is great, with St James Street Station around a 12-minute walk away and Blackhorse Road Station also within walking distance. There are good transport links into central London, including direct services towards Liverpool Street.

A little about me, I’m Josh, a Paramedic working for the NHS. I work shifts, so I understand the importance of having someone who is respectful of different routines, especially when it comes to early starts, late finishes and night shifts.

Outside of work, I’m quite active. I enjoy running, going to the gym, trying good food and coffee spots, going to the cinema and generally getting out and doing things. I’m sociable and always up for doing something, but I also really value having my own space and would want the same for whoever moves in.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean, respectful, easy-going, fun and active, and preferably someone who works and understands the balance between being sociable and having your own downtime.

The area itself is great, plenty of gyms, restaurants, coffee shops, parks and green spaces nearby. You’re also close to St James Park, Lee Valley Park and Walthamstow Wetlands.
