Description
Double Room with Ensuite in Lovely 2-Bed Flat – Walthamstow
I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate to share a lovely, recently decorated two-bed, first-floor flat in Walthamstow.
The flat is bright, well-kept and feels like a proper home rather than a rental. It has two bathrooms, which makes day-to-day living easy, and a comfortable shared living space. The room is a good-sized double with an en-suite bathroom and the whole flat has recently been refurbished.
The bedroom is unfurnished while the shared living area is furnished.
About me: I’m 37, friendly, respectful and easygoing. I enjoy a calm, tidy home and am looking for someone of a similar age and mindset who values their own space but is also happy to be sociable from time to time.
About you: Ideally in your 30s, clean, considerate and looking for a long-term, relaxed place to live. This would suit a professional who wants a peaceful, comfortable home.
Great location in Walthamstow with good transport links, shops, cafés and green spaces nearby.
If this sounds like a good fit, drop me a message 🙂
