We have a double room coming available in our chilled house as one of our housemates is moving to be closer to work. Room available from 8th March, but can be flexible 🪴

*About the house* 🏠

The house is a 4 bed, 2 bathroom (1 en-suite) house with living room and spacious garden. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with 2 other people so no long lines in the morning.

The room is a south facing double, with room for a small desk if you work from home. Furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside table.

5 minute walk from a big Tesco, 10 minute walk to Walthamstow Village, 15 from Walthamstow Central (Victoria and overground) with lots of buses nearby too.

Rent £800 plus bills, around £80 per month. Deposit of £800.

We are 2 friends that work in tv, so live pretty busy lives but are also keen for a wine and a chilled evening in the house when we are around. The 4th bedroom will be let out but is being renovated at the moment, so we will be on the lookout for another addition in around a months time, so could work for 2 friends wanting to move together. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

Happy hosting dinners / chilled nights at home and the very occasional party but this is not an afters house.
