We have a double room available in our chilled house as one of our housemates is moving to be closer to work 🪴

*About the house* 🏠

The house is a 4 bed, 2 bathroom (1 en-suite) house with living room and spacious garden. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with 2 other people so no long lines in the morning.

The room is a south facing double, with room for a small desk if you work from home. Furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside table.

5 minute walk from a big Tesco, 10 minute walk to Walthamstow Village, 15 from Walthamstow Central (Victoria and overground) with lots of buses nearby too.

Rent £800 plus bills, around £80 per month. Deposit of £800.

Current housemates 👯‍♀️🌸

We are two girl who work in tv and a third that works for a cancer charity so live pretty busy lives but are also keen for a wine and a chilled evening in the house when we are around. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

Happy hosting dinners / chilled nights at home and the very occasional party but this is not an afters house.
