Big Double Room. Bathroom shared only with 1 girl.

This is a 3 storey house on Boundary Road.
On ground floor we have huge shared living room with smart TV, sofa and dining table. And shared kitchen + laundry room. We also have big back garden but there’s no furniture for now
The room is on first floor and it’s huge. Your bathroom will be shared only with one girl.
Right now we are 3 girls, so one more girl on first floor and 2 girls on second floor but they have their own bathroom upstairs.
We are friendly but everyone mind their own business. Guests are allowed, but usually not more than 3-4 days. But we are mostly chill and friendly, we just always try not to disturb each other.
Cleanliness is important especially in shared zones.
Its 3 min walk to Hoe Street with lots of coffeeshops and stores, 15 min walk to Walthamstow Central station, 12 min walk to Walthamstow Queens Road Station, 17 min walk to Orford Road (they’ve got Gail’s and lots of cute shops there), 17 min walk to Walthamstow Shopping Centre, 10 min walk to Leyton Leisure Centre (they have gym, swimming pool and lots of fitness lessons). I personally have been living in this house for a year and I quite enjoy this area a lot, everything is nearby so I don’t even use transport that much.
It’s just important that everyone is mindful, friendly and clean.
