Furnished room including double bed, drawers & wardrobe. Enough space to also fit desk in the bedroom.

One bathroom, so preferably single person, but couples are welcome to apply.

The shared living space is fit with a large TV and soundbar, and comfy couch. It's light and warm during the day, and very cosy during the evening.

The kitchen is small but still has a full size fridge & freezer, washing machine, small dishwasher & separate wine fridge.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Walthamstow Central station for the Victoria & Weaver line, 8-10 min walk to Walthamstow Queens Road for the Suffragette line, and an 8-10 min walk to the Walthamstow Central bus depot.

The village is also a 5 minute walk with lovely cafes, pubs & shops.

You will be living with Evie, a 30 year old professional who works from home 2-3 days per week. I enjoy cooking and hosting dinner parties every now and then, forest walks and a mooch around a saturday market, and spending the afternoon at the pub with friends. I would love someone who is clean, & independent, but open to socialisation, watching some shows together on nights in and going for a wine every now and then.

The flat is council tax band B.
