Hi everybody, I have a lovely bedroom in a cosy house close to Walthamstow central station and market street. We are laid back and friendly, respecting people's privacy. We are looking for friendly people to share a drink once in a while. The house consists of 2 living rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a huge garden. All the bills are included (virgin broadband and tv, energy, water, council taxes, household supplies, weekly cleaner). The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and tumble dryer . We are based 2 minutes walk from the Market street and 5 minutes walk to Walthamstow central station and st James St station. We have Gym ( which i check every day and haven't signed up for yet)5 min walk from the property. Suitable for a single person only and price is negotiable for the right candidate.
