1 bedroom to rent in Zone 1 house with garden

We are looking to replace our housemate who is moving out of her ground floor bedroom. There are 2 people staying on for another year, we just need one more person to finalise our trio. The house is located in Zone 1, next to Elephant & Castle and 1 mile from Camberwell. The house is a 5 minute walk to loads of bus stops, a Tesco, a gym and local shops/amenities. The property itself is 3 bed, kitchen/lounge, bathroom and a garden. House comes with TV, Washer/Dryer and each room comes with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe. The house was recently refurbished so everything is modern, clean and new. We're looking for someone who is sociable, friendly and considerate to move in in November (could be sooner dependent on situation).
