Lovely Double Room Near Elephant and Castle

TENANT NEEDED ASAP!! We have one room in our flat available starting on the 12th of December 2018! I am moving back to America so my double bedroom will be available until our lease is up on August 12th 2019! Move in date is flexible. We are looking for a lovely new flatmate (preferably with a UK guarantor if a student) to take over my part of the lease!

You will be living with two great girls (one from England and one from France) in a three bedroom apartment with a spacious kitchen, one bathroom and a separate toilet. The house is newly refurbished with brand new carpets and beds/furniture.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Elephant and Castle station and also a 10 minute walk to Kennington. There’s also a bus stop 2 minutes away which takes you straight into central within 15/20 minutes. Please contact me with any questions if you are interested!

Bills come to around £55/56 a month each which includes WiFi, gas and electric and water.
If you are not a student you will have to pay council tax on top of this (we don’t as we are all students).
