Students Only- Double Room From April

Hi!

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy with for a double room in a house shared with 2 other medical students from KCL.

The room is available from mid April (with a degree of flexibility) to the end of the contract on 31st August 2019. If you like the place I'm pretty sure you'll be able to renew the contract for another year :)

£650 pcm + bills will get you a house with your own double bedroom (furniture is now in a slightly different arrangement), a kitchen with separate living room, a garden, and a super cute guest cat.

The house is just off the Walworth Road, south of East Street - so amazing transport links for pretty much everywhere. You wouldn't be subletting but actually taking over the contract, so no risk of dealing with angry landlords.

NB Landlords are willing to rent out to students only so if you're working, unfortunately, this won't be suitable for you. We're not a party house as medical school gets quite intense at times, but we like a good chat over dinner and enjoy having a drink (or multiple) together when we've got time.
