Double room (flat with living room and balcony).

Hi there,

We are looking for someone to replace our former flatmate who will leave the flat at the end of June. The room is part-furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a built-in wardrobe.

Actual flatmates:
-Chryso, 28yrs, podiatrist and teacher, likes dancing, travelling, cooking and watching The Office.
-Diana, 33yrs, finance assistant, likes dancing, cooking, fitness, travelling, learning new languages (Italian, Spanish and Chinese) Netflix and chill.

Area:
We are leaving between Elephant and castle and Kennington, at a 15min walking distance from the tube station (northern and bakerloo lines, and national rail) and 10min by bus (SE17), the area is very safe and quiet for those who enjoy late Sunday mornings.

New flatmate preference:
Responsible, clean and respectful person.

Flat:
The apartment has all the comfort and commodities necessary to live in a perfect environment. This is a duplex with the rooms on the 1st floor, and the common areas on the ground floor (living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilets).
The kitchen is well equipped (microwave, oven, washing machine)
We like to chill in the living room together with food and drinks, but we also like to have our own privacy and we respect each other intimacy and privacy.

The room:
Double furnished room but you can bring your own furniture. The pictures don't give credit to the room. It looks more spacious in real life.
