Hello, we have a room available in our friendly house a short walk from Kennington and Elephant & Castle tube stations. The house has a nice kitchen and spacious bathroom.
Bills come to about £50/month, covering gas, electricity, water and wifi. Move in date can be flexible (late Oct/Early Nov) but we need someone who can sign a 12-month contract and can find a UK-based guarantor (sucks, but the estate agents require it.)
Current flatmates are Miky, Mihai, Kirsty and Alex.
