Bright double room in Zone 1: Short-term let

Hi there

I am renting out my room in our beautiful house while I am away travelling. The house is located in a Victorian terrace close to Elephant & Castle, Bermondsey and Camberwell.

We're super well connected for transport. Elephant & Castle (Zone 1) is the closest tube station- around 7 minutes away by bus. Old Kent Road is also very well served by buses 24/7- you can get to most areas in central London easily by bus. You can also cycle into central London in 15 minutes.

The house was recently renovated before we moved in and has 4 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms plus a great open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area. There's a small rear garden for catching some late summer sun! The bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed, a desk and wardrobe space.

We are looking for someone friendly, relaxed and clean. You'd be living with 3 other professionals, all RCA graduates working in architecture.

The local area has some big supermarkets including Tesco, Lidl and Asda. Burgess Park is a 5 minute walk away, and we're well located for pubs and restaurants in Camberwell/ Peckham and Bermondsey.

The room is available immediately on a short-term basis (minimum 1 month) while I am away- but the duration is negotiable. All bills are included in the price.
