Double room in a 4 bed house share with large kitchen, garden and excellent Zone 1 location close to Central, Elephant Castle, Brixton, Oval with Kennington Station a short walk away. Bills are £75 each (Council Tax, Electricity/Gas/Internet). The flat is close to lots of shops on Walworth Road. Looking for an easygoing, respectful guy to balance the house evenly. Current housemates are a civil servant (male), an office manager and travel concierge (ladies). Vacant room recently repainted and south facing with lots of light.
