And is well connected. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop Westmoreland Road on Walworth Road (bus number 12, 35, 40, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176 etc). It takes less than 5 min to Elephant & Castle station (10 mins by walk), 15 min to London bridge and 20 min to centre London by direct bus.

A good and convenient living environment with walking distance to Tesco, Iceland, Argos, Boots, Marks&Spencer, major banks, park, playground, open market and gym around. bout the price and availability:

£720 per calender month for one single person or £850 for a couple. Available from 5th Sep 2025. Rent should be paid in advance each month. £500 deposit required.
