The most beautiful room, window facing the park!

Hi, we have a very nice double room on a first floor available for rent. The house is located on a quiet street behind bustling Walworth road with bus links to central London. We're a 15 minute walk to Elephant and Castle tube station and 10 minutes from Kennington tube station.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a shared living room, a kitchen, and a nice garden, perfect to chill out, eat a meal, or do exercise!

We like the area a lot as it's multicultural, with many small shops and restaurants from all around the world. We're near Burgess park and a little garden across from our street.
We've never experienced any trouble living here.

You'd be sharing with a graphic designer (temporarily working in a bank) and a software engineer by day/musician during evenings and weekends.
Apart from us there's a cat living here, he runs the house and sleeps full-time.
