Double room available 10 mins from London Bridge

Hello,

We have a double room in our house which is currently available to move in.

The room: located on the second floor, comes with a shared living room and master bathroom which is shared with one more room that has an ensuite WC.

The Bills: Not included in the rent. Water, council and internet come up to £51 per month. Gas and electricity are to be paid quarterly and depend on the usage and season (on average another £50 per month)

The house: spacious, spread over three floors and used to consist of two flats (hence two separate entrances and two livings rooms). Lots of storage space, small garden and all bedrooms in the house have their own bathrooms so no morning fights over the shower! Only communal spaces are the kitchen, living room and garden. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and a separate dryer.

Location: 2 minutes away from bus stops, a walking distance from Bermondsey, Elephant and Castle (or 5-7 minutes bus trip). London Bridge 10 minutes away, Tower Bridge 15-20 minutes away by bus. Direct bus to Westminster (~20 minutes) and Waterloo stations. The flat is situated in a perfect area for easy commute. Buses running from area: 21, 53, 63, 168, 172, 42, 78, 415, 453. 5 minutes walking distance from buses 1,188.

Current flatmates: you would be sharing the house with three professionals; I work in architecture, Erica works for a law firm and Sylwia does all things fashion. We all enjoy staying active, socialising and making the most out of living in London (when we are not in lockdown!).

Ideally looking for a professional (25 - 35 yo), someone who is easy going, clean and fun to be around with. No students and no couples (sorry xx).
