Double Room in Walworth, available for long term let from July 15th. My flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take his place. I work in advertising and currently working from home 4x week. Ideal for a professional that likes a quiet and tidy home (preferably not working from home, but not mandatory). The bedroom comes unfurnished, however if you are interested my flatmate is willing to negotiate some of his furniture (wardrobe and chest of drawers). The flat has washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances, TV and has a nice garden ;) Main Street is Walworth Road with all main shops - Tesco, M&S, Co-Op, Morrisons and buses connecting to the City and East easily. Also 15 min walking from E&C station, The Gym and Gymbox and a few blocks from Burgess and Kennington parks. This is LGBTQ+ friendly home.
