- It’s a pub conversion! The landlord has kept many of the original features, and all our friends talk about how cool our flat is.
- Large open plan living room/kitchen
- Spare living room downstairs, large utility room upstairs (great for storing bikes)
- Roof terrace
About the room:
- Double basement room with skylight
- Furnished with wardrobe and bed
- Bathroom shared with one other (Jenny!)
- £625 per month (no deposit!)
- Bills are about £80 a month
- Available 1 April 2021
About us:
- Senthan: 38, studying for a Masters in sustainability, loves yoga, and watches a lot of crap TV
- Jenny: 27, works for the Civil Service, loves chips and gravy, also watches a lot of crap TV
- We’re an LGBT+ friendly house!
- Landlord: Richard is a very friendly chilled guy, who always gets things fixed for us quickly.
About you
- Social: we like to hang out in the living room sometimes and would like someone who is chatty (don’t worry, we do like our alone time too!)
- Willing to chip in with chores
- Okay with alcohol and eating meat
- Professionals preferred (unless you are a student that is willing to contribute to council tax)
- No couples: there’s not enough shared space to accommodate four people, sorry!
