The room has beautiful views of the London skyline. You'll be sharing with 3 other female working professionals. The building is well connected to Elephant and Castle station and there is extremely good connectivity by bus which is 2 mins walking distance from tge property. I am the current flatmate and looking for someone to replace my tenancy. The rent is £649 per month all bills included ( WiFi gas electricity water and council tax) There is a one of charge of £50 for getting the name changed on the contract, doing the reference check etc. at the beginning of the tenancy.
