Hey everyone,
We (Hera, Waleed and Catboy) are looking for a new housemate to move into our 3 bedroom house in Old Kent Road. The house has two toilets, a separate shower/bathroom, a big living room, big kitchen and great garden with loads of space. The house is a 5 minute walk from Burgess Park, 20 minute walk from Elephant & Castle tube station and has loads of bus links. The area is fun, not very polished, and the more charming for it.
We are looking for someone who is fun, clean (we have a rota), who will not smoke cigarettes indoors, can tolerate a bit of noise (Waleed often plays music in the house during the day) and doesn't mind living with a cat.
We are 27 and 31, both working in London, often working from home.
