Hi! Our lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of September, so we’re looking for someone to join our home.
The details:
• Move-in: 1st October
• Rent: £889pcm (bills around £120 extra)
• Tenancy: 1 year
• Room: Biggest in the flat, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers, plus space for your own furniture (e. g. desk).
It's a lovely flat situated in Walworth (15 min walk from Elephant and Castle and Kennington
Station). It has great bus links to pretty much everywhere, especially central! We are a couple of minutes walk from Walworth Road which has lots of shops, and is very convenient (Tescos, Morrisons, Superdrug, restaurants, etc).
We are also a 5-10 minute walk from Burgess Park which is so nice to walk around.
The room available is the biggest bedroom in the flat, furnished with a double bed with mattress, wardrobe and a chest of drawers, however there is more space for other furniture (e. g. desk, clothes rail).
There is a shared bathroom which you would only be sharing with one of us (since one of our rooms has an en suite). We have a shared living area and kitchen where we each have our own cupboard space for food etc. There is an outdoor communal space with a table and chairs/washing line etc which we share with 3 other flats.
We are two girls, who work full time, aged 26 and 27. One working in marketing and the other a baker. We're super chilled and easy going, so ideally we are looking for someone similar. We enjoy wholesome activities, occasional nights out, a glass of wine, events & concerts, however we are both fond of our own quiet time and respect each others personal space.
A clean flat is extremely important to us and we keep on top of this daily. We are looking for someone who appreciates a tidy space and is willing to contribute to this equally.
