Hi everyone! We have a room coming up in our lovely flat in Walworth/Elephant and Castle as one flatmate is moving out. We’re renewing our tenancy so looking for someone to fill the spot.
It’s a 3 bed flat just off Walworth Road, close to Elephant Park and Burgess Park.
All the rooms are a good size, with a shower and open plan kitchen/living room.
The room itself is a decent size double, with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers included.
The other two flatmates are Yasmin (29) and Lauren (34), both professionals working fairly locally. We’re both friendly and will often hang out and watch tv or sometimes go to the pub together but are also happy to have our own space. We’d prefer someone who’s sociable happy to chill with us sometimes but we don’t mind if you have your own stuff going on!
