I’m gonna be away travelling so looking for someone to sublet my room for 6 months while I’m gone! Please only message if you’re totally comfortable with a 6 month let.
Move in date will be 13th July and move out will be 13th December.
It’s a lovely house with a living room and outdoor patio space (which I know are both luxuries in London) in a great location walking distance from elephant and castle and Kennington stations.
Bills are included but we have a cat called Gusgus and we all chip in for his food as well as a cleaner twice a month (total for both comes to around £20ish a month) so please make sure you’re happy with that too as well as living with a kitty :)

We’re a super friendly house and have wine and watch Netflix together sometimes while still giving each other space. Everyone is respectful and tidy so hopefully you will be too!
