1 bedroom fully furnished flat located on the ground floor of a terraced house. It has a bathroom with a tub as well as a small garden in the back. Plus a little Washer/Dryer closet. All household items available such as towels, kitchen utensils, Apple TV etc. Small deposit required for cleaning fee.

I'm looking for someone to sublet my flat while I'm working at a job out of the country. You will have this lovely space all to yourself!

15 minute walk to Elephant and Castle Station
15 minute walk to Kennington Station
15 minute bike ride to Central London

Near Burgess Park and up and coming area, Elephant Park. Lots of shops and places to walk to in the area. Also very close to other South London hotspots like South Bank, Bermondsey, Borough Market, Peckham etc.

I'm open to shorter stays (no less than 14 days), but the rate is higher for shorter sublets.
