Sunny warm double room in a 2 bed flat- above a butchers shop. Room is fully furnished, with standard double bed, table space, a small closet and shelving. Some plants, a fan and mirror.

Room is right beside the shared shower room. Lounge is comfortable with space to chill and a table to eat from. Expect to share the kitchen and living space. Flat has a shared terrace outside with some seating where you are welcome to smoke/ Vape. Vaping in your room is totally fine.

Ideal flatmate would be a professional or serious student, that is polite, clean. tidy, looking for a warm and friendly flat that has all the essentials you need to relax after a long day at the office, in class, or a base to crash if you are out networking/socialising while in town for the week (Monday to Friday let only)

I support the LGBTQIA+ community. I have no flatmate preference for gender, language, religion or political stance - just want a kind, good, honest person, keeps tidy, that can make and share a safe space.

Late Sunday night / Monday you would arrive to a ready made room (clean bedding on the bed and towels in the bathroom for you to use) - Friday you would tidy the room, clean any dishes, remove rubbish and put used towels & bedding into the washing machine before leaving.

Cleaning products, blankets, sheets, towels and kitchen essentials (salt pepper, oil, pots, pans, utensils, air fryer etc) provided by me. You break something - you replace it - no worries.

Plant care and basic cleaning (floors and surfaces) of the room are provided over the weekend when the room is not occupied.

I am 37 F IT professional, like a good chat and to chill on the couch gaming or watching movies on the weekdays after working. Some nights I may have a networking event or dinner with friends but not a huge weekday party goer.

I don't mind if you like to go out party it up on the weekdays, late night snacker, or night owl - you live your life, just no waking me up to join you or having people over for late night afters at the flat please. I am usually in bed by midnight and up at 7.30am.

I try to be sustainable and limit food waste, recycle etc. Local market is right outside, supermarket is across the road. Everything you need is within 10 min walk. I enjoy cooking so may end up feeding you some nights, when I make too much of something, and you are about.

Want a part time flatmate because full time is too much for this space.
