Description
Hey everyone, we’re looking for someone to fill a small double room currently going in our bright and airy three bed flat.
It’s a recently refurbished 3rd floor flat in Walworth/Camberwell, modern furniture, beautiful high ceilings and communal area, and a gorgeous balcony/roof terrace which goes all the way round the flat. The flat is located around a 15 min walk to Kennington or elephant and castle tube stations, and there are buses 2 min away that cover pretty much all of central london (makes for cheap travel) The area is really lively and up and coming - lots of bars/restaurants etc and great food shopping.
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (chest of drawers are in the hall just opposite bedroom door) No room for a desk so wouldn’t be suitable for someone who wfh full time. However one or two days wfh a week could be done from communal area.
You would also have your own private bathroom with sink, WC and shower. The other flatmates share the other one.
Bills are around £100 a month. The tenancy will be one year with possibility of staying longer. The room is available from the 13th of August 2024.
Current flat mates are myself (Elisa) and Joanna who both happen to work in interiors and architecture. We’re very easy going, sociable and friendly. Looking for someone fun and pleasant to share this gorgeous flat with and who’d be open to hanging out from time to time over dinners, reality tv, drinks etc.
A shared sense of cleanliness is super important in keeping the flat as lovely and cosy as it is.
