The room is on the top floor, furnished with a double bed + mattress, a wardrobe with built in mirrors, a built in cupboard and a beside table. Available from the 14th-20th of August. Rent is £800 (same is deposit) and bills are about £100 a month. Please get in touch if this sounds like a match!
We will be doing viewings the week commencing 5th August
The house is about 25min away from the city centre by bike, we have indoor bike storage. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with many connections to the city centre.
We're 5min from Tesco and Burgess park and have Lidl and Asda stores nearby which is very convenient.
