I’m an Australian moving out of this flat to live with friends from home. I’ve been here for about a year and have loved it. Located near Burgess Park, great coffee shops and Walworth high street.
The room is fully furnished with wardrobe space, chest of drawers and a large window.
Living room fully furnished.
Flat includes wifi internet and brand new washing machine. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, gas stove, pots, pans, plates etc.

There may be an option to extend your stay and enter into a new contract beyond the 6 weeks - depending on what the other current housemate decides to do.
