My flatmate of three years is moving out to get on the property ladder, leaving a double room vacant in the flat we currently rent. The street is quiet and recently pedestrianised to avoid through-traffic to Walworth Road.
Furnished and decorated to a good standard, all basic furnishings are provided by either myself or the letting agency which manages the properties on the road (Savills).
It should be noted we are currently on a rolling contract and awaiting a fresh contract from Savills.
The flat is located 10-15 minutes walk from both E&C and Kennington tube stations.
The lounge is an open lounge-kitchen combination and is located on the first floor of a block consisting of 7 flats spread across a ground, first, and second floor.
Features:
- Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room
- Shared lounge with coffee table, dining table, sofa and TV.
- Bills NOT included - Council Tax Band B. All bills are split down the middle (c. £110 each per month).
- Current rent is £825 per month under our rolling contract, but is intended to increase to £858 when an official contract is supplied.
- Open to discussion regarding contract length etc.

I am a fairly outgoing individual who is usually away for a few days each month for work. Relatively chilled and WFH a few days each week. Sometimes have mates over for dinners/drinks, but usually out and about in the evenings. Looking for similar.
