🏠 About the Room/Flat
The room can easily accommodate a desk, wardrobe, and more, with a lovely view of the garden out the window 🌳.
The flat has a separate toilet and bathroom, which are shared with just 1 person (me), a cozy living room/lounge with a dining area, and a modern kitchen equipped with a washing/dryer machine 🧺.

Rent is £919 plus bills (around £150 or less, depending on council tax status). Internet is included, as I pay for it as an extra for having the bigger room 📶.

📍About the Area:
The flat is situated in a super convenient central location, just a 7-minute walk to bus stops that can take you to Oxford Street in about 20 minutes 🚌. It's also only a 12-minute walk from Elephant & Castle Station, where you can catch the Northern Line for easy and quick access to the whole of London 🚆.

👩🏻 About Me:
I’m a 23-year-old third-year marketing student 🎓, balancing two jobs in hospitality and marketing/comms for a charity. I’m friendly but value my personal space 🙌. Not really into crazy parties, especially in my own space, as I like to relax at home . However, I am definitely not opposed to having visits or friends/family over for get togethers, as long as it’s respectful and communicated beforehand! 😊 I’m quite health-conscious (try to be!), enjoy going to the gym, and practice meditation 🧘.
