Two large double bedrooms in a warm and welcoming household

After nearly 6 years in our wonderful home, my housemate and I are sadly moving out and looking for two new people to take over our rooms!

You will be living with Justine (28, working in HR) and Iveta (31, actor), who are looking for people who want to make this house a home. We are a friendly household who like to socialise, but also respect each other’s space.

The house is a four-bedroom property in a very central location, with the rooms available from 9th or 10th November.

The first bedroom is a bright, spacious and fully furnished double room on the ground floor at the front of the house. The second bedroom is also a double bedroom on the ground floor, with a large window facing the backyard.

Some of the benefits include:

- A reasonably spacious backyard for socialising – we have had some great BBQs out here in summer!
- Close to lots of big supermarkets – Lidl, Tesco and Asda are only a short walk away
- Good transport connections, with Elephant and Castle only 5 minutes away and London Bridge only 10 minutes away by bus
- Nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance

We have loved this house and made some great memories here, so we hope to find people who will enjoy living here as much as we have!
