ROOM AVAILABLE IN LOVELY FLAT AROUND ELEPHANT AND CASTLE/ WALWORTH
Reposting because previous person dropped out
MOVE IN: 31st July (quite urgent to find someone because the agency needs to do referencing checks before) - I can do viewings this weekend and during the upcoming week
- 15 minute walk from tube stations (Elephant and Castle/ Kennington) or take the bus for 2 stops
- 936£/ per month - bills not included (see below). + £333 deposit
My friend and I are looking for a third flatmate in our 3-bedroom flat, starting the 1st of August.
The flat came unfurnished - however you can negotiate with the previous tenant to keep the furnishing in the advertised room.
Other than rent, bills are:
- 30-80£ for gas &electricity pp
- 14£ pp internet
- 21£ pp water
We love this flat and the area and would love to keep it if we find a third person to join us.
My friend and I are professionals, to meet the affordability checks of the agency, we would need someone that makes an annual income of £35-40k.
