Double room in SE17

We have a spacious room available in our 3 bed flat. It is a top floor double bedroom with a desk and two wardrobes. The flat has a shared living room/kitchen and one bathroom. It is located on Walworth road with a short walk to both Kennington and Elephant and Castle station and well-connected bus routes from right outside.
We are 2 girls (a couple) both going into our final year at university and 1 guy who recently graduated and will be working, so either students/professionals work. We enjoy having movie nights, going to the pub, gym etc. and are very friendly :) We are all 21 so ideally looking for people in early 20s
