Amazing newly renovated flat in se17

Hey there,

We are looking for one more to sign on to this 4-bed 4-bath house in the Elephant and Castle/Walworth area.

The flat itself is super cute, on a quiet street, and newly refurbished. The kitchen is brand new, with doors that open up to the back garden. There is a new efficient boiler, gas heating, a dishwasher, and a laundry machine.

We are 0.75miles to Elephant and Castle station and 0.80 miles to Kennington, but also well connected to buses

The room that will be yours is currently set up as a living room. However, the couches will be moved to the kitchen, and the landlord will provide a bed and a chest of drawers. We don't have imgs of the bathroom, it is a small shower room with toilet and sink.

We are not sure what bills will come to, but we would say 100-150 is a safe guess.

**Important- We do not have UK-based guarantors, so we are paying 6 months upfront! **

About us!
We are between 23-26, all from the US (California and Massachusetts).
Two of us have been living in London for 3/4 years, and one of us is moving over for her masters at LSE. The two of us met bouldering a couple of years ago, and we met the third on Spareroom last week.
We love traveling, cooking/baking, anything outdoors, reading, pub nights as well as movie nights.
