We are two Spanish men (33 and 39), both professionals. One of us work from home 2-3 days per week.
We wake up quite early and go to bed early too, so we’re looking for someone who is:
- Quiet, mindful and respectful of others' schedules and keeps noises to a minimum during evenings and early mornings.
- Clean and tidy.
- Not interested in parties in the flat. No problems with visitors, but be mindful.
- Able to follow a weekly cleaning rota shared between all flatmates.
Cleaning tasks rotate weekly (kitchen & rubbish / toilet & bathroom / sweeping & mopping common areas).

There will be no one in the flat from the 24th to the 30th of December, so no viewings can be arranged during those dates.
Important Contract & Deposit Information:
Please note that the tenancy agreement is for the entire flat, not for individual rooms. One of our current flatmates is moving out, and the existing contract runs until the 1st of June 2026. To join the tenancy, the new tenant will need to sign a Deed of Assignment, which must be signed by all parties (the remaining tenants, the incoming tenant, the outgoing tenant, and the landlord/agency).
We are therefore looking for someone who is happy to stay in the flat at least until the 1st of June 2026, when the tenancy will be renewed. There is also the option to continue living in the flat beyond that date if you would like to renew the contract with us.
Regarding the deposit, it is protected as a single amount for the whole property rather than per room. This means that the incoming tenant will need to transfer their share of the deposit directly to the flatmate who is leaving, as they will be withdrawing their portion from the protected scheme.
