Couple wanted, 3 month summer sublet in Walworth

A lovely flat located just off Walworth Road, the flatmates are three students, two studying painting and one studying history.

My partner and I are officially subletting for the last three months of our tenancy through the property company (SLS) and are looking for another couple to occupy our large double-bedroom (pictured first), with large windows, great light and a view of the Shard. Room is fully-furnished with a double bed, two sets of draws, an open wardrobe, desk and chair.

Property also includes two bathrooms (with showers in both, bath in one) with a spacious kitchen (two fridges, washer and drier machine) and a shared living room (large sofa, two chairs and a TV).

Although we are looking for a couple, the rent advertised is calculated based on the rent per person per month. Individually, the rent for each new tenant would be £832, but for the couple overall would be £1,664. The deposit advertised is also per person per month.

Bills: Provided through Fused Bills, £74.86 per person, includes Water, unlimited heating and electricity, as well as a a TV Licence and Wifi.

Council Tax (Band C): As other students are in the property, the overall fee has a student discount applied.

A further £50 moving-in fee will be necessary to be paid.
