Double room in Walworth with en suite

Hey!

I’m subletting my room from April 20th to June 10th while I’m away working abroad, and looking for someone easygoing who’d enjoy a short stay in a friendly, social house—and who’ll take good care of my little space while I’m gone.

The room’s fully furnished and super bright (great if you’re working from home). I’ll take most of my stuff, but a few bits will stay since I’m not away for too long.

It’s got its own en-suite with a shower, and the house has two living areas, a kitchen, and an amazing garden. It’s honestly such a nice spot to hang out—perfect for a bit of gardening or just chilling outside when the weather’s good.

Location’s great too: about a 10-minute walk to Elephant & Castle, and around 30 minutes on foot to places like Tate Modern, Waterloo, Borough Market, and London Bridge.

The neighbourhood is lively but the street itself is pretty quiet. There are parks nearby (one right in front of the house), plus Lidl and other shops, and a local market just 3 minutes away.
