Hi everyone! I’m a 25-year-old Law and Diplomacy graduate moving down to London after finishing uni at Strathclyde. I’m taking over this fantastic 3-bedroom flat from a family connection, and I’m looking for two amazing flatmates to join me in filling the other two rooms!

The location is unbeatable: it’s just a 10-minute walk to Elephant & Castle station (Northern & Bakerloo lines + Thameslink), making it super easy to get anywhere in the city. Plus, Walworth Road is right on our doorstep, meaning a huge Lidl and Tesco are less than a 5-minute walk away for easy grocery runs.

The Rooms & Financials:
The flat features three double bedrooms. The remaining two bright, fully furnished double rooms are priced as follows:
Room 1 (Large Double): £870 per month
Room 2 (Standard Double): £830 per month

Bills: Estimated at £120–£150/month per person (this covers Council Tax, Energy, Water, and High-Speed WiFi).

Deposit : both rooms require a deposit of £1000 each, I don’t know why SpareRoom won’t let me post the actual amount🤷🏾‍♀️

Please note: The photos and video show the rooms as currently occupied by the previous tenants, but everything will be fully cleared, refreshed, and cleaned before move-in!

The Vibe & Who I’m Looking For:
Since I’m completely new to London, I’m really looking to build a warm, social home rather than just a transaction. I’d love for us to be friends who can explore the city together, but also fully respect each other's boundaries and need for downtime!

I’d love to find fellow early-career professionals in a similar boat, but honestly, the most important thing to me is just a genuinely good vibe anyone clean, friendly, and open-minded is so welcome to apply! I just want a warm home where we can navigate London life together, explore the food spots in Peckham, or head to weekend markets. It's a space where we can unwind with a glass of wine, have a chat, or have a few drinks together after a long day, and where it's totally cool if I'm blasting Afrobeats in the kitchen while cooking Nigerian food or just walking around with my natural hair out. A bit about me: I’m really into fitness (usually found at the gym trying to hit a new PB), love audiobooks, and always down for a cozy TV drama night.

Viewings: Since I’m taking over the flat and haven’t moved in just yet, initial viewings will be done online via video call so we can have a chat and see if we vibe! Following that, we can easily coordinate an in-person walkthrough of the flat.
Preferences: Clean, tidy, and reliable professionals/graduates.
Couples: No couples, sorry! One person per room to keep the flat balanced and comfortable for everyone.
