The location offers the best of both worlds: leafy Kennington with its parks and cafés, and vibrant Elephant & Castle with its diverse restaurants, markets and excellent transport connections. Several major London universities are within walking distance, and London Bridge, The Shard, Westminster, the South Bank and many other landmarks are easily reached by foot, bus or Tube.

Available from 21 July to 23 August only. Preference will be given to a responsible professional, academic or postgraduate seeking accommodation for the full period.

The home includes a number of indoor and balcony plants that help create its calm and welcoming atmosphere. They are very low maintenance and simply require a light weekly watering routine, with easy instructions provided.
