The flat is approximately a 15-minute walk from Elephant & Castle Underground station (Northern and Bakerloo lines). You can also take a bus, although the journey takes about the same amount of time. Kennington Underground station (Northern line) is also around a 15-minute walk away, and Camberwell is within easy reach. London bridge and Waterloo stations are about a 25 mins bus ride away.

There are plenty of shops nearby, including Lidl, Iceland, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Boots, all around a 6-minute walk away on the high street. A gym is also nearby, and Burgess Park is within walking distance.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy, reliable and respectful full-time working professional who can keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

The room is fully furnished and comes with its own fridge and kettle. The bathroom is shared.

I am the only other occupant of the flat and work mainly from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays.

The room is available immediately.

The rent is £1,000 per month, plus approximately £100 per month for bills. No deposit required. The flat also has fast, reliable broadband. (Council tax band: C)
