Lovely flat in Walworth - Urgent!

We are two young professional women looking for a 3rd flat mate for our lovely top floor listed Victorian flat in Walworth (zone 1/2).
The flat is located just off the Walworth Road, 3 mins walk from Larcom Street bus stop and 5-10mins walk from E&C and Kennington tubes.
Walworth road has lots of shops, including a large morissons and a tesco express.
The flat has a large kitchen, with a dining table for 6 along with a good sized bathroom and separate lounge. On road parking is available outside the flat, with a parking permit from the council. No inside space for bikes though sadly.
The room available is on the first floor, with the kitchen, bathroom and lounge, there are a further two bedrooms up another flight of stairs.

We are looking for another young professional, in mid-late 20s/early 30s who is looking for a chilled, laid back flat. Clean and tidy in shared parts of the flat and happy to have a chat over a g&t in the evening now and then.

The rent is £450pcm, plus bills (£30 council tax, £13 internet, heating and elec). You will need to provide one months deposit to Yates Estates plus have a reference/background check. The management company are really good, we've always found them very quick to respond to any issues and have never caused us an issue. They actually own the property themselves, so there isn't a landlord who will be wanting to sell soon!
