Looking for someone to take over my current tenancy for the flat I'm renting with a female flat mate.

Lovely looking flat with a double room for rent, open plan kitchen and living area, large bathroom.
-stair way from the main floor which leads to kitchen/living area, and current flat mates room.

-fully furnished flat.

Short 5-10 minute walk to Kennington tube station. Lovely local pub nearby. Quite square with parking available through the council. Short walk into a main road which has marks and Spencer's, morrisons, tescos, Argos, all the shops you could possibly need.

Single occupant only however visitors are welcome. Professionals only.

My deposit will need paying back to me which is just under £1050. Also admin fees for the estate agent to complete credit checks will need paying to them.

Rent is £775 a month, bills not included however all in (with wifi) is around £880 a month.

Very laid back atmosphere. Friendly and fun place to live.
