Single bedroom available in 5 bed house, zone 1

Hey, we are looking for a friendly and clean person to rent the single room in our 5 bedrooms property. The only common areas are the bathroom and kitchen. No living nor dining rooms. The bus stops are both right in front our door, and it's a 5-10 minutes journey to elephant and castle. The Walworth Road has a big range of convenience stores, supermarkets and others.
Unfortunately, since bills are not included and it's a small single room, we are not accepting couples. But visits once in a while are allowed.
To stay with the room in this house you would have to pay around 1400 pounds (agency fees, 6 weeks deposit and one month rent) before moving in.
