The flat has big and bright kitchen with a dining table, comfortable living room and a roof terrace perfect for summer BBQs, one fully furnished bathroom, one toilet, storage space and 4 bedrooms.

You'll be sharing the house with three responsible, considerate, relaxed and easy going flatmates.
We are professionals and like to socialize in the evenings and during the weekends, keeping a friendly atmosphere.

We ask you to be responsible, considerate and to treat the house as your home. You should clean after yourself and do your part in the weekly 'deeper' cleaning.

Very good location: 8 minutes walk to Oval or Kennington stations, buses from/to the center and to East/North London.
Residential, quiet area. Big Morrison or Tesco just 10 minutes away and also lots of other shops. East Street market is just 10 minutes away too.

Not for couples. £625 per month room plus bills, you will pay around £55 per month for Council Tax, Water, Internet and Electricity. Heating is already included in the rent!
