Warehouse Conversion Flat 10 mins from Kennington

Hi there! We've got a room available between between Elephant & Castle and Camberwell from the end of march as our flat mate is moving back home.

We're Nick & Rita. I work in design and Rita is a freelance animator and illustrator. We're very relaxed and/but very tidy. We tend to cook each night and head to the pub when we can - we have quite a few friends who live in the area so we're out a fair bit. We're looking for someone who is sociable but respectful of the space - we don't really do much socialising in the flat as there are quite a few good pubs nearby, and we don't necessarily inflict our social lives on you, if you're not up for it.

The Room / Flat: The room is a double room that has almost exclusive use to what our estate agent referred to as "the family bathroom". There are two large wardrobes in the room and drawers. We also have a large shared kitchen/dining/sitting room that's really nice. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and things like kettle, food processor, toaster, etc. There isn't much need to bring much as we have most things sorted over the year. The flat has a large shared living/dining area which is where we spend most of our time - we don't have a tv licence but we have Netflix and Amazon Prime and watch the odd series now and then.

Outside of our flat, but within the building, there is a communal roof terrace with a bbq, additional storage, and bike storage.

We love the flat - we know it's in a bit of a weird area but once you live there you realise how safe it is and how great the location is in terms of transport links/walking.
