Double Bedroom - Flatshare (Zone 1) Available July

I'm looking for someone to take over two of my double bedroom in Elephant & Castle for long term let. The room is actually available starting 1st July 2017. But I don't mind moving out early if you're keen on moving in ASAP.

A reason for moving out? Well, finished my studies and I'm going back to Malaysia soon! So there's no reason to stay here any longer. lol.

The rent is £141.75 (or to make it easier £142) per week / £567 per month excluding bills / £615 per month including bills (estimation - but normally less than this amount).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO TAKE NOTE (refer below).

Please understand that this is a flatshare. You will be entering as the third flatmate by replacing me. Therefore, the rent cannot be paid directly to the landlord but instead you will have to transfer the monthly rent to the first flatmate who will then transfer it to the landlord on behalf of everyone at the beginning of the month. The proof of payment will then be given to each of the flatmates once the rent has been paid to the landlord (for security reasoning).

The flat/room is 3 minutes walk to Walworth Rd with various shops such as (but are not limited to):

Tesco, Morrisons, Iceland, Poundland, Sports Direct, 24-hour gym, 24-hour convenience store, Subway, various restaurants, laundrette, McDonald's, KFC, Superdrugs, Boots, M&S, Argos, Barclays, Natwest, and Santander banks.

For travelling purposes, the location of the flat is around:

5 minutes walk to a bus stop with buses heading to central London.
- Bus no 12, 68, 176, 148, 40, 35 and etc.
10 minutes walk to Elephant and Castle Station

The person (future tenant) that I'm looking to replace me is someone that is friendly, respectful towards each other, and someone that has 'clean and tidy' kind of attitude towards his/her surroundings.
