The flat:
-Housemates: One Spanish couple and one Spanish/British couple young, friendly, quiet, working and studying
-3 bedrooms in total, one kitchen and one bathroom.
-Very quiet, clean and comfortable flat.

Location:
-Tube stations 7 minutes walk: Elephant&Castle and Kennington.
-10 minutes to Central London by bus. Many 24h buses.
-24h Supermarkets, takeaways.
-Many shops, parks and green areas.

Rent:
-£440/month.
-3 weeks deposit in advance (£304, refundable at the end of stay).
-All bills included: rent, wi-fi internet, water, electricity.
-Ideally staying for more than 5 months
