Hi! We’re Jack and Jake, two laid-back and sociable housemates looking for someone to join our 3-bedroom flat in Wandsworth from late October/early November, as our current housemate is moving out.

About the Flat:

Bright and spacious 3-bed flat

Great location – 10 mins walk to East Putney (District Line), 15 mins to Wandsworth Town station and Putney station (National Rail). It's also only about 10 mins on the bus to Clapham Junction.

Close to Wandsworth Park (perfect for runs, strolls, or summer drinks) and Southside Shopping Centre (gyms, cinema, restaurants, shops)

The room is a good-sized double with plenty of natural light, storage space, a desk and even a small balcony.

About Us:

We’re in our late 20s/(very) early 30s, working full time (a mix of WFH and office). We’re friendly, tidy, and respectful, enjoy a drink in the flat or pint at the pub (having a pub at the end of the road helps), or the occasional flat dinner, or watching sport/TV/films together, but also value our own downtime.

Looking for someone similar – easy-going, clean, and considerate, ideally in full-time work.
